One of Houston's HomeVestors franchise offices; Affordable Home Solutions Inc. was founded in 2008 by Martin L. Zidell.  The company specializes in buying and selling residential real estate in and around the Houston metropolitan area.  A crucial part of the company's success lies in the experience of the office team members, and their genuine desire to help homeowners sell their properties.

Martin began his real estate career in 1981 owning and operating a successful home remodeling and contracting business.  He has overseen all aspects of the construction phase, specializing in home renovations.   Martin obtained his real estate license in 1986 and his brokers license several years later.  He has been active in the Houston real estate market over three different decades, and is currently a REMAX broker associate. 

Martin continues his real estate education on a regular basis and has earned three designations including ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).  He has also completed real estate course work in marketing, property management, loan processing and underwriting, two weeks of training from HomeVestors of America, and a 550 hour professional builder program from Builders Academy which included all coursework required to become a licensed inspector in the state of Texas.  

As a HomeVestors franchise owner, Martin oversees all aspects of the business including buying, rehabbing, and marketing the properties, as well as property management of the rentals.
